TC: One Minute Clinics

I have personally found SOME of the Tennis Channel’s One Minute Clinics to be very effective.  Here are two of my favorites:

Body Movement and Positioning

This drill shown helps you setup for shots moving forward and backwards.

I believe another effective way is to feed from the alleys near the baseline and move your student left to right.  The student should use the open stance and generate power from your hips and upper body.

Left foot backhands

This is great for the ones who have the two handed backhands.  This drill helps maximize power from upper body/hips rotation.
